The Tokyo Marathon 2027 Charity Donation Applications and Charity Runner Applications opened at 11:00 a.m. JST on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, and we have already received applications exceeding the Charity Runner field size of 5,000 from people across many countries and regions.

Although Charity Runners are not selected on a first-come, first-served basis, those wishing to participate as a Charity Runner are encouraged to review the selection criteria and the latest application status for each Charity Program before applying.

Until 5:00 p.m. JST on Thursday, July 9, 2026

• Donation Only:

Until 5:00 p.m. JST on Monday, August 31, 2026

■ Charity Runner Selection

Charity Runners will be selected based on the criteria established by each Charity Program.

Notification of the selection results will be sent to the email address registered at the time of application between Tuesday, July 14 and Friday, July 17, 2026.
