Packet Pick-up

Packet Pick-up is during the three-day period from Thursday, February 26 to Saturday 28!
At Packet Pick-up, you will receive your Bib and wristband which are required when participating in the race.
Both will be checked on the race day.

Tokyo Big Sight South Exhibition Halls 3-4
3-11-1, Ariake, Koto-ku, Tokyo
Rinkai Line : 15-minute walk from Kokusai-tenjijo Station
Yurikamome Line : 7-minute walk from Tokyo Big Sight Station

Packet Pick-up Dates

  • February 26 ( Thu.) 10:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
  • February 27 ( Fri.) 10:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
  • February 28 ( Sat.)10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  • *Please pick up your Packet in person
  • *No reservations required
  • *Time required for Packet Pick-up: Around 30 minutes
  • *You may experience long wait times shortly after the start of entry, or depending on the level of congestion. We recommend arriving early.
  • *Only runners are permitted in the Packet Pick-up Area.Please have your companions wait at the Meeting Area while you pick up your packet.

  • Photo ID( Copies NOT accepted )

Packet Pick-up Procedures

Once you arrive at the venue, it is time to pick up your Packet!
Please go to the Bib Pick-up Desk described on your Bib Confirmation!

You will receive your Packet and the wristband at the desk.
You are to wear the wristband from the time you complete your registration until you finish on the race day!

  • *Only for those who signed up will receive the official baggage bag and baggage sticker
  • *We recommend that you bring your own bag to carry your handouts.

After receiving your Packet, please go to the Charity T-shirt Pick-up Desk and receive your Charity T-shirt!
Please be careful NOT to forget to pick up your Charity T-shirt!

  • *Size change is not possible

If you purchased a Signature T-Shirt, Singlet or a Bib Magnet via My Entry, please be sure to stop by the Goods Pick-up Desk after receiving your bib!

Our commitment to sustainability

Due to waste concerns, safety pins are not included.
If you do not have commercially available athlete bib fasteners or safety pins, please obtain them yourself from the Timing Tag Check Table.

Once this is done, all that remains is to check the Timing Tags and the Packet Pick-up is complete!

Tokyo Marathon EXPO 2026

After the Packet Pick-up, check to see if there is anything you forgot to pick up
before heading to the Tokyo Marathon EXPO 2026 venue!
The Tokyo Marathon EXPO 2026 venue features booths of each charity organization!

Charity Area

At the Tokyo Marathon EXPO 2026 Charity Area, each charity organization will set up a booth and provide a space where they can interact with charity runners and other visitors.
This is also an opportunity for you to talk directly with the staff of the charity organization you have chosen to donate to and gain a deeper understanding of its projects. Please stop by!

Race Day (before start)

Here is a description of the preparations for the race day on Sunday, March 1.
Be sure to check the OFFICIAL PROGRAM GUIDEBOOK, pages 27-28, in advance!

Things to Bring

  • Bib ( with timing tag )
  • Wristband ( worn at Packet Pick-up )
  • Smartphone and/or Public transportation IC card ( for race discontinuation and other emergencies )
  • Official baggage bag and baggage sticker ( only for those who have applied in advance )
  • *Please refer to page 22 of the OFFICIAL PROGRAM GUIDEBOOK for restrictions on Prohibited Items

Bib Identification and Recognition

Charity runners' bib (pink) includes the name of the charity organization, in addition to the starting block and entrance gate!

7:00 am Open the Start Gate to enter to the start area
8:45 am Deadline for entry at the Start area.
8:59 am Start Ceremony begins
9:05 am Wheelchair Marathon Start
9:10 am Marathon & 10.7km Race Start
11:10 am End of 10.7km Race
11:10 am 10.7km Race Awards Ceremony
12:30 pm Marathon Awards Ceremony
4:10 pm End of Marathon Race

Race Day (After finish)

A Charity Lounge will be opened exclusively for charity runners in the Tokyo International Forum!
In addition to a space to interact with each charity organization,
Family and Friends meeting Point for charity runners and their guests (family, friends, etc.)
will be set up in the Charity Lounge!
Please make use of this opportunity to meet with the runner,
and we encourage you to bring your guests along to interact with the charity organizations!
(There are some areas reserved for runners.)

  • Changing rooms exclusively for charity runners
  • Medical Station ( with first aid space )
  • Charity Booths
  • Family and Friends Meeting Point

In addition to the above, various hospitality events are scheduled at each charity organization, so please stop by the Charity Lounge.

After the finish, please follow the instructions of the staff to the International Forum where the Charity Lounge is located.
