この度は、東京マラソン2026チャリティの寄付先団体として、152名のチャリティランナーの皆さま、そして多くの寄付者の皆さまからの温かいご支援を賜りました。 深く感謝申し上げます。 皆さまからお預かりしたご寄付が、2025年度にどのように活用され、どのような活動成果につながったのかをご報告させていただきます。

We were honored to participate in the Tokyo Marathon 2026 Charity as an official charity organization. Thanks to your generous support, 152 Charity Runners and many donors helped raise awareness and vital funds for our work. We’d like to share how your donations were used through our activities in 2025.

◆日本での活動　Activities in Japan
こどもが虐待されない、そして虐待された人が回復できる社会をつくるために、孤立しがちな妊産婦の支援、児童養護施設などを出た若者の巣立ち（※）の応援に取り組んでいます。
（※）児童養護施設や里親家庭を出たこども・若者たちの多くが、経済的な後ろ盾もない中、精神的な不安を抱えながら、社会に出ていくことを余儀なくされている日本の児童虐待問題

We work to prevent abuse and help those who have experienced it recover and move forward.

妊産婦支援事業 - Maternal Health and Well-being Programme
深刻な虐待の背景には、出産前から経済的困難、精神的不安定、予期せぬ妊娠、DVなどの複雑な事情を抱えながらも、頼れる家族や行政への相談経路がなく、社会的に孤立してしまっていたという共通点があります。 もし彼女たちが早い段階で誰かとつながり、寄り添う存在がいれば、その未来は変わっていたかもしれません。 そこで私たちは、こうした考えに基づき、2024年より千葉県松戸市で、困難な環境にある妊産婦が安心して休息し、人との**つながりを取り戻せる居場所「ふたやすみ」**の運営を開始しました。 また、孤立を防ぎ、支援の網の目からこぼれ落ちることがないよう、支援団体や行政との連携体制を築くための活動も積極的に推進しています。

【実績】
・居場所事業「ふたやすみ」において、10ケース、母子32名のサポート
・こども家庭庁の「特定妊産婦等支援機関ネットワーク形成事業」の事務局業務の一部を
　受託し、全国フォーラムや交流会を開催して約600名の支援者が参加

Many women who become perpetrators or victims of severe child abuse had been isolated and struggling long before childbirth. This includes facing financial difficulties, mental health issues, domestic violence, and more, often without any support.

In 2024, we launched "Futayasumi", a safe space for expecting and new mothers in vulnerable situations in Matsudo City, Chiba. The center offers warmth, connection, and a place to rest, while we also foster collaboration among support organizations and local government to ensure no one falls through the cracks.

[Achievements]
-Supported 10 cases, covering 32 mothers and children, through the safe space program "Futayasumi."1
-Contracted a portion of the secretariat duties for the Children and Families Agency's "Project for Networking Support Organizations for Specified Expecting and New Mothers," resulting in a national forum and exchange meetings attended by approximately 600 supporters.

アフターケア事業　Aftercare programme
児童養護施設などを巣立つ若者が、施設や支援団体とのつながりを維持しつつ、社会へ安心して踏み出せるよう、持続可能な支援の仕組みづくりに取り組んでいます。 若者たちに寄り添う支援現場が多忙を極める中、全国の知見を集め、若者との継続的な関係を築くための実践的な方法を共に考え、実行しています。 さらに、現場で生まれる声を国の制度へ反映させるため、政策提言にも力を入れています。

【実績】
・専門家相談・支援者ケア（80件実施）や、支援者が他団体へ赴く「えんじゅ留学プログラム」（9名参加）、マネジメント層向けワークショップなどを実施
・留学プログラムや支援者ケアを通じて、現場支援者の孤独感の解消やマインドシフトが起き、支援者同士の立体的で深いセーフティネットが構築
・全国大会（133名参加）や研修（計7回）を開催

We support young people leaving child welfare institutions, helping them transition into society while maintaining meaningful connections with caregivers and support staff.

In a landscape where these institutions are already stretched thin, we work collaboratively to find sustainable ways to stay connected with youth. We also advocate for policy improvements informed by on-the-ground realities.

[Achievements]
-Implemented expert consultations and supporter care (80 cases), the "Enju Study Abroad Program" where supporters visit other organizations (9 participants), and workshops for management staff.
-The study abroad program and supporter care helped alleviate the loneliness and facilitate a mind shift among frontline supporters, building a layered and robust safety net among supporters.
-Hosted a national convention (133 participants) and a total of 7 training sessions.

◆ソーシャルコミュニケーション事業　Social communication team
「わたし」には社会を変える力があると信じ、社会のなかで小さなアクションを起こす人を増やすことを目指しています。そのために、人身売買や児童虐待問題を多くの人に伝え、
社会参画のアクションに繋げる取り組みを行っています。一人ひとりの「なんとかしたい」という思いを引き出し、寄付、ボランティア、身近な人への声かけ、投票など、それぞれの小さなアクションを通じて、豊かな社会が育まれることを信じて活動をしています。
We believe that each “I” holds the power to change society.
Our goal is to inspire more people to take small actions within their communities.
To achieve this, we raise awareness about issues like human trafficking and child abuse, and encourage people to get involved in creating social change.
Through our work, we aim to spark the feeling of “I want to do something about it” in each individual, which engages them in actions such as donations, volunteering, talking to those around them, signing petitions, or voting.
We believe that when each person takes a small step, together we can cultivate a more just and compassionate society.

◆インドでの活動　Activities in India
かものはしプロジェクトでは2012年から「商業的性的搾取及び労働搾取を目的とした人身売買」を解決するために、インドで活動を続けています。

Since 2012, Kamonohashi has been working in India to address human trafficking for sexual and labor exploitation. Our mission is to not only support survivors but also drive systemic change.

リーダーシップネクスト事業 - Leadership Next programme
サバイバー（人身売買の被害を生き抜いた人）は、売春宿から救出された後も心と体に大きな傷を受けています。この事業では、彼女たちが心身の健康を回復し、自らの人生を取り戻し、社会を変えるリーダーへ成長できるよう支援を行っています。

Survivors of human trafficking often carry deep physical and emotional wounds. Through this programme, we support them in healing and rebuilding their lives, empowering them to become leaders who advocate for change in their communities and beyond.

わたしたちは、誰もが「生まれてきて良かった」と思える社会をつくるためにこれからも活動を続けていきます。
