東京マラソン2026チャリティ寄付先団体の認定NPO法人ピースウィンズ・ジャパンです。
Hello,
We are Peace Winds Japan, a certified non-profit organization and one of the official charity partners of the Tokyo Marathon 2026 Charity.
私たちは日本の犬の殺処分をなくすことを目標に、保護・譲渡活動を行う「ピースワンコ・ジャパン・プロジェクト」を運営しております。
Through our Peace Wanko Japan Project, we are committed to eliminating the euthanasia of dogs in Japan by conducting rescue and adoption activities.
東京マラソン2026チャリティのエントリー期間が終了し、今年はピースウィンズ・ジャパンから438名のチャリティランナーが出走してくださることになりました。
With the close of the Tokyo Marathon 2026 Charity entry period, we are honored to share that 438 charity runners will be participating in the race on behalf of Peace Winds Japan this year.
たくさんのランナーの皆さまがワンコへの想いを胸にチャリティに応募してくださいました。
本日はランナーの方の想いを、一部をご紹介させていただきます。

私の人生振り返ると、どれだけ犬に救われてきただろう。
そして現在は、母、介護する私、その介護に携わる人々が、私の愛犬達に癒され、支えられています。
犬と人がひとつになって、皆が豊かで幸せです。犬と人の幸せな未来の実現の為に微力ながら今年も貢献させて頂きます。
Today as well, my mother, myself as her caregiver, and those who support us in caregiving are all comforted and sustained by my beloved dogs.
Together, dogs and humans become one, and everyone is enriched and happy.
In order to help realize a future where both dogs and people can live happily, I will once again, in my humble capacity, contribute this year.

毎朝、私は靴ひもを結び、体重わずか5ポンドのヨークシャーテリア「ピピン」と外へ出ます。小さな足で私の横を歩く姿は「強さは大きさに左右されない」ということを思い出させてくれます。
ピピンは、双極性障害と共に生きてきた私の人生で最も激しい嵐の中でも、私を支えてくれた存在です。彼が与えてくれた支えは、私が一生かかっても返しきれないほど大きなものです。
ピースウィンズ・ジャパンという、社会課題に決して背を向けない団体を知ったとき、私は心から共鳴しました。
国内の取り組みである「ピースワンコ・ジャパン」は、思いやりと行動力を兼ね備えた活動の象徴です。その使命は「殺処分ゼロ」
――広島県から殺処分をなくし、犬と人が共に幸せに暮らせる未来を築くこと。
私は保護犬がもたらす変化を身をもって知っています。ピピンを迎え入れたとき、彼は逆に私を救ってくれました――
パニック発作を子犬のぬくもりで和らげ、マラソントレーニング中には「今この瞬間」に引き戻してくれ、愛こそが最強の薬だと気づかせてくれました。
私はピースウィンズ・ジャパンを代表して一歩一歩、彼らのメッセージを乗せて走り抜けるつもりです。
I know how transformative a rescue can be. When I adopted Pippin, he rescued me right back—taming anxiety attacks with puppy cuddles, grounding me in the here and now during marathon training, and reminding me that love is the most powerful medicine.
I intend to run each step proudly representing Peace Winds Japan, carrying their message forward with every stride.

The presence of your beloved dog Pippin, who stays by your side and supports you through life’s storms, truly shows that love is the greatest medicine of all. It reminds us once again of the profound beauty of dogs and humans saving each other and living together.

子どものころから常にペットと暮らし、現在は3匹の愛犬と家族として生活しています。彼らの存在は、動物がどれほど大きな愛と喜びを私たちの人生にもたらすか、そして彼らがどれほどケア、安全、尊重を受けるに値する存在であるかを常に思い出させてくれます。
だからこそ、Peace Winds Japanの「ピースワンコ」プロジェクト、そして広島県での「殺処分ゼロ」の偉業に深く感銘を受けました。
私は、このモデルを四国、九州、さらには日本全国へと広げていくビジョンを強く信じています。10年以内に健康な犬や猫の殺処分を全国でなくすという目標は、大きな挑戦であると同時に必要不可欠なものです。私はこの使命を支援し、犬や猫が住む場所や資源不足によって命を奪われない未来に向けて、認知を広める一助となれることを光栄に思います。
ブラジルでは、私は定期的に地元の動物保護団体に寄付を行い、虐待されたり捨てられたりした動物たちのケアを支援しています。
寄付が保護犬たちの命にどれほど直接的な影響を与えるか、そしてレスキュー活動を持続させるうえでどれほど不可欠かを、自分の目で見てきました。
私は思いやりある行動の力を信じており、このマラソンを走ることは、その信念を具体的な支援へと変える方法だと考えています。
東京マラソンに参加することは、長年の夢でした。その夢をPeace Winds Japanの名のもとに実現できること——世界各地だけでなく日本国内でも、差し迫った社会問題の解決に取り組む団体を支援できることは、非常に大きな意味を持ちます。私はこの理念を胸に、レースの一歩一歩を誇りをもって走り抜けます。
I strongly believe in the vision of expanding this model to Shikoku, Kyushu, and eventually all of Japan. The goal of eliminating the slaughter of healthy animals nationwide within 10 years is not only ambitious—it’s necessary. I am honored to run in support of this mission and help raise awareness for a future where no dog or cat is put down due to lack of shelter or resources.
In Brazil, I contribute regularly to local charities that care for abandoned and mistreated animals. I’ve seen firsthand how donations directly impact the lives of rescued dogs and how essential they are to sustaining rescue operations. I believe in the power of compassionate action, and running this marathon is my way of turning that belief into meaningful support.
Participating in the Tokyo Marathon has been a dream for years. To do so in the name of Peace Winds Japan—an organization working not only across the world, but also at home in Japan to solve urgent social issues—is deeply meaningful. I will proudly carry the values of this cause through every step of the race.
